Hi, I’m Elaine Cernuto — a Coach, Hypnotherapist, and specialist in stress management, resilience, and mind–body wellbeing. I believe deeply in the quiet power of inner transformation, and I support people who are ready to grow, evolve, and reconnect with a sense of calm, confidence and clarity — especially when life feels full, fast, or professionally demanding.
My practice is grounded in both evidence-based resilience tools and my background in education and central government, where I led on high-profile policy areas and supported teams navigating complexity, change and pressure. Those years gave me an insider understanding of workplace stress, leadership challenges and the realities of high-performance environments — insight I now bring into coaching individuals, professionals and organisations.
Like many of my clients, my journey included navigating career transitions, burnout and the sense of wanting more — but feeling held back by old patterns and an overworked nervous system. Reconnecting with my values and rebuilding true resilience helped me reshape my work and wellbeing from the inside out.
Everything I offer combines the science of nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and coherence with grounded, compassionate support. My aim is to help you feel more balanced, clear and resourced — whether you're managing stress, leading others, or recalibrating your next chapter.
